  • Continuous external insulation with thermal break connections eliminating all cold bridges (certified by thermal imaging)
  • Heating system: 12kW air-source heat pump operating to -30°C with backup 9kW electric boiler and underfloor hydronic distribution
  • Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) with 85% efficiency, automatic defrost cycle, and MERV 13 filtration for indoor air quality
  • Arctic entrance vestibule (3m²) with dual-door airlock system preventing thermal loss during entry and exit in extreme cold
